Gentle Evening Flow Description: By linking postures smoothly together with breath, this gentle, flowing class is like a moving meditation, allowing you to connect with yourself. Ideal for those who want to flow but without vigorous vinyasas or sun salutations. Yoga Nidra Description: Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Provided we are practicing with integrity we can always progress. Remember that it is a yoga practice not a yoga perfect!
